Ruta 7 Travel Consulting is a company dedicated to offering unique and personalized travel experiences along Chile’s Carretera Austral. We specialize in private trips for groups of 1 to 4 people. All you need to face an adventure of this magnitude is 4×4 expedition transportation, accommodation in Wild Lands brand rooftop tents with capacity for 4 people, food and access to national parks.

Felipe is a traveler and adventurer, where his passion for adventure has led him to dedicate his life to traveling through Patagonia. During much of his development he has accumulated experience in planning, guiding and executing trekking and mountaineering trips through the Andes, exploring a series of passages in southern Chile, especially the world-famous Carretera Austral (Route 7).
His passion for this southern region, sports and outdoor life, led him to become a registered tour guide with the National Tourism Service of the Chilean government, as well as obtaining the WFR certification (First Aiders in Remote Places), adding risk prevention and safety to each expedition.
As a Guide, Felipe offers unique and personalized experiences that capture the essence and incomparable beauty of the postcards of the Carretera Austral. Roberto is an expeditionary and adventurer, his passion for exploring and discovering new routes and places has led him to dedicate his life to exploring the southern cone of America and the Andes mountain range. During his years of developing his passion, he has accumulated experience in planning, guiding and executing hiking, trekking and mountaineering trips through the Andes, exploring a series of landscapes in southern Chile, from the Patagonian ice fields, islands at the end of the world, channels and fjords. His passion for this southern region, the outdoor life, led him to become a registered tour guide in the National Tourism Service of the Chilean government, as well as obtaining the WFR certification (Remote Rescuers), also to become certified as a NDR monitor (Leave No Trace NOLS school).
As a Guide, Roberto knows hidden and uncrowded places on the route, which makes it have an additional value, he keeps a story of the experiences and has witnessed in the last 3 decades how the southern highway has evolved, its changes and increase in the colonization of its lands.
Traveling with Roberto as a pilot is a trip to history and unforgettable adventure.
